P0208 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 8
This means either the injector for the #8 cylinder is bad or it's circuit has an open or short in it. This is also what is causing the misfire and code P0308 to be set.
I'd start by for checking the ohms of the injector for the #8 and comparing it to readings on a couple of other injectors. If the ohms are the same, the problem is in the wiring. If the ohms are different then it's a bad injector.

got up this morning and started the truck and the ses light was gone and it ran great for most of the day but tonight it started to jerk and shrudder on acceleration is this normal for an injector or cop.
