leveling kit for 89 F250?

Would raising the front an 1.5 to 2" with an add a leaf leveling kit from roughcountry or similar outfit cause an alignment issue on an 89 F250HD truck? I see thru fatbob's garage you can get them for cheap. I really don't need it raised a lot cause I am running stock size rubber but think an inch or so would look good just the same. Any special tools needed to install an add a leaf? I am guessing jack stands would come in handy.

no, i just did the rough country ALL. had to put cam bushings on was all.

it raised it 2". look at my post , titled "post pics of your rig" mine is the custom blue and black 250 with black wheels.
