what is a good header?
where do i find them ? ive been looking anyone have any links?
anything you would change about yours?
are they hard to install i want a set for my 89 in my sig

Several companies make headers for the 300. I think Headman and Summit still list sets. BTW If the engine is going to stay mostly stock I would just install some EFI exhaust headers and low restriction exhaust. If you plan to do some head work than the higher flow headers may be worth it.

your truck is efi so logically it would have efi exhaust manifolds. 
look at summit.

these headers will fit your efi truck, however, you will need to install and O2 sensor bung and an egr bung.
clifford performance offers a set of headers specific to your efi truck (bungs come welded in), however they are twice the price of the hedman, although they are simillarly priced as the pacesetter, dynomax and borla.
My two cents, headers on the efi engine just arent worth it, you will see a difference but it will be simillar to the difference of how your truck performs on a cold day vs warm and not something youll be bragging about. Free up the exhaust off the stock exhaust manifolds and be happy. Your truck has dual 3to1 exh manifolds now, so its already ahead of the carb version that was 6to1, dont get me wrong headers are technically an improvement over the stock dual 3to1 exh manifolds but the difference is negligible on a stocker.
