Another Bilstein question

Another Bilstein question
I am looking at ordering bilstein shocks and was wondering what to order and what everyone else was running.
1. reg. stock height bilstein.
2. CAD 5100 series.
I am at stock height right now but want to get a leveling kit and run the f350 3 1/2" rear blocks. I wont be doing this anytime soon though.
Are any of you guys/girls runing a level kit and 350 blocks with the stock replacment bilstein or the 5100. The price is not much differance threw Dan at trucktoyz.com. So what ya think I should get?

FWIW, there is a guy here running the CAD 1-3" ones on his stock height 7.3.......username is "Tecman" on here I believe.

Hey Jeremy, just seen this post. I,m running on the front, BE5-2818-HO and the rear BE5-C296-HO. These are for a stock truck with no more than a 2 inch leveling kit. I got the 2 inch shackle kit and no blocks in the back because mine sits level now, good luck.
