Wheel spacers

Does anyone know where I can get a set of wheel spacers like these for a decent price. I found a pair on ebay for $55 shipped.

There might be an issue with these on a superduty as the factory wheels are hub centric and the lug nuts are flat type. this may cause an issue with the wheel properly lining up on the hub.
