SuperLift made an add a leaf kit with new centering pins.
I have it and it worked perfect to make the truck level. You might have to get the cams for the spindles or the wheels might look a lil goofy from the radius of the I beam.

Something you might want to look into if you haven't already is whether the leveler kit will affect the front end alignment. I bought a used F250 with leaf spring levelers and a mean pull to the right. I took it in for a front end alignment and they couldn't get it even close to spec. I did some research here and was told that it's a common problem with the levelers that were on my truck. I took them off and the same shop was easily able to align the front end. I have no idea whether the coil version might give you the same grief or not, but it might be worth your time to make sure.
