FE engine decode help?

I don't really know much about "car" engines, I'm a motorcycle and dune
buggy engine guy.
Check to see if your heads have the -usual- "straight over and under"
(two bolt) exhaust manifold bolt configuration, just for the fun of it. :)
And from my experience I'd suggest a Robert Shaw 192*F thermostat.
Unless you -really- want a 180*F :/ ...please don't use a 160*F ok? ;)
Being in Iowa you prob'ly won't need a 12 fin Flow-Kooler water pump.
(you have watery air to cool stuff;)
