Stuck screw

I was taking off my taillight and have i screw that i can not get loose.any ideas

It's called "Freeze Off" my dad gets it at autozone. It's made by the CRC company. If the screw will come out at all, even if it's only a couple of turns, spray that stuff in there. I watched it CLEAN a rusted bolt in five minutes. It was almost shiny.. I also watched it eat the rust off of an exhaust manifold they were working on. It works.

you cant move it at all or is it just turning and not coming out?

Drill the head off, remove the lens and then use vise-grips on the screw.

i got it loose,sprayed some WD-40 on and let it set then gave it a couple of wacks with a impact driver
