2003 expedition NAV LCD screen
Hey there all,
I have have an 03 EXP EB 4x4 with the optional in dash nav system. Today when I went for a drive it was fine. About an hour later when I started my truck up again, the LCD was all screwed up with vertical color lines on the screen from the to the bottom. Everything works but can't read anything on the screen. Anyone else have this issue?? it is just weird that it was perfect on hour then totally unreadable the next.

No matter what is wrong with the unit, the dealer will always tell you that they need to take it out to have it repaired. What you get in return is a refurbished unit that someone else turned in for repairs. Ford does not do the repairs themselves. And yes the $2000 for the unit is the price and it is BS. I had one replaced under the extended warranty. And the service manager told me how they operate regarding the navigation units.
