shocking question
do i require the lower shock bolt type clamp under my ubolts when i swap for a 72 ford nine inch rear end how does my shocks hook up to the nine inch shock location thanx

If you can find a F-2 parts truck you can use the rear spring/shock mounts. The F-2 axle is wider than the F-1.
You might be better buying braces, I think someone here said they found them at JC Whitney, maybe for a Jeep.
