Lift the rear of the truck by the axle, support frame on jackstands, lower the axle with a floor jack until it unloads the springs. Simple unbolt the old ones, put the new ones in, torque them to spec, put the thing back on the ground. Re-torque after a hundred miles or so.

The bolts will probably be rusted to their steel sleeves, so they'll have to be persuaded to come out even after they're loosened.
As already mentioned, PB Blaster is a must, and just keep tapping on the bolts until the rust lets go.
