Over head console removal

Does anybody know how to remove the over head console? I don't want to break it..... I need to remove it so I can install my "heated seats indicators"

Thanks I hope the newer console come off like the older ones do.

I read somewhere else that they are the same with the clips, you remove the front first then work your way back.

Mine was broken when I bought it so I had to replace a few months ago. It was just 4 clips, 1 near each corner. It shattered into 100 pieces when I took mine apart, but I had a replacement so I wasn't being very careful. Seemed rather brittle though.

It's different, it has four prongs. It's better to start at the rear of the shell instead of the windshield end. I installed a bi-colored LED behind the dark panel that covers the info computer, Green dot for the passenger's side and it turns red for the driver's side. Driver's side takes dominance over the passenger's side. Can't tell it's there.
