I have a '77 F-150 4x4, and need to change the c-bushings so that my tires don't where out on the inside. I have several questions...
1. I have a 4" lift and called around to several 4 wheel drive parts shops, and one says I need a 4 degree positive and the other tells me I need a 7 degree. I am thinking about going with the 7. Any suggestions or input on this??? I am also going to change the radius arm bushing while I am at it.
2. Do I have to support the frame when removing the front spring? If any one can give me clear installation instructions, I'd appreciate it.
What exactly is a C- Bushing. I have a set of 30 X 9.5 on my truck with a 3" lift kit. My tires are also wearing on the inside. Just got a wheel alignment. Hope it helps.

You need 4º C-Busings for your truck, Part # 4.7105R for red poly from Energy Suspension. This kit includes track arm, radius arm and c-bushings. You should be able to order it through your local speed shop. I just got one and on the back it states "The C-Bushings 4 degree offset is for use on 2" to 4" lift." They make black too.

I notice many lift kits include axle pivot drop brackets to lower the axle pivot point and "correct camber angle". Using these brackets one would assume that the stock bushings may be ok for the alignment?
