Just got my first look at the list Neal, Jim and Justin are compiling and it looks good. Still need more people and I don't see a lot of names that were on the old list. so, if you are a supporter, or a FTE regular and think you may ever be in a spot that may require help from someone else, or in a position to help others that may become stranded, please consider joining us in the new Road Side Help Network.
Where would the best place in the FTE site be to put a request like this? I am kind of surprised that more have not gotten on board too. Each and every new post from every forum shows up on the New Post page, right?
OK guys, put me on the list, I will do what I can. I am in the center of the state of West Virginia. I can cover Charleston to Huntington (W64), Charleston to Sutton (N79), Charleston to Beckley (S64/S)77, Charleston to Logan (219) and Charleston to Ripley (N77).
I sent an email to Neal. He can contact me with any info that he needs. I will do my damndest to help any FTE'r to the best of my ability traveling in the Hillbilly State.

I told you all that TX and CA were really covered . FL& GA has Rbaker listed twice since he lives in both. I mentioned that to Jim ealier we will have our info on there soon .
There have been a number of posts on FTE (and other internet places) that linked to my reconstructed 7point3 site. Since it sounds like Neal will be incorporating all (or most) of Alan's stuff, once the RHN site is up and running, I will create a forwarder that will take any clicks from links to the reconstructed 7point3 site directly to the new RHN site. This will eliminate any broken links on old posts.
In other words, if someone searches on FTE and finds an old link for "guzzle's Reconstruced 7point3.com" and clicks on it, they will actually go to the new RHN pages and won't even know it.
There is no reason that we should try and maintain multiple copies of the same information.
Bob, what Neal said. Nice of you to help keep things less complicated.
