For me, when I've had any vehicle miss including my 2000 Expy it was a coil pack. I've never had one miss becauase of a plug. I know it happens, but for me I would look at the coils. Easiest way, (still a pain in the butt), is to purchase one new coil. Start by putting it in one of the easy to reach coil spots. Drive it, if the problem continues take the coil you just took out and replace the next coil in line and drive it. Continue this until you've replaced a coil and the problem goes away.
The back coil on either side of the engine can be a pain to get to, but it can be done. That is why I start with the easy ones and elliminate them first. No point replacing the back one to find out later it was one of the easy ones.
Go to Autozine or your local parts store that won't charge you to plug into their little computer to see if its throwing a code. They won't always throw a code (as in my case), so I just replaced all of my COPs and I got a rid of my miss.

Where's the best place to get those coils at? Last time I went to Summit they had some for about $380???? I think they were made by Mallory.
