wasn't sure if seafoam was good for diesels. Sucked it thru vacuum line on a tbi suburban and results similar to yours . . . just fogging for skeeters, folks
Well heck, at least they warned you, haha. But I cant say I have ever seen that caused by sea foam before, but then I have never used it in a diesel before, I usualy use dieselkleen.

That is a V10 Excursion in those pictures. Not a diesel. AND, I've actually seen a few cars smoke even more. If you get a high mileage car that rarely sees WOT, (think grandma's buick) it will smoke like mad with the seafoam.

On the can, it says to drain the fuel bowl, fill the fuel bowl with sea foam, then start, and run.

Thats wild, none of my vehicles ever smoked with sea foam. As a matter of fact, I have about 140K on my V-10 and didnt smoke with it. Now I just put it in my fuel tank just before a fill up. I did help a buddy pull it through the vacuum lines on a blazer once with a 350 TBI, that smoked like a big dog.

Yeah, it won't smoke thru the gas tank, only pulled thru a vacuum line.
I used the brake booster line. Seemed to be a good one to feed all the cylinders.
I've done pretty much every car I've owned at one time or another, as said higher mileage cars smoke a lot more usually. The dirtier your motor, the more it smokes it seems. I have noticed cars driven harder smoke less as well. The worst I ever saw was my buddies 99 crown vic ex cop car, that thing smoked out a whole city block BAD and left a trail of smoke for about a half mile when he took it for a ride. He never used the stuff and thought I ruined his motor or something lol.
I did it yesterday. Let it idle for about 10 minutes. (That's when I took the pictures.) Then I went for a short drive. (Around 2 miles maybe.) During that drive I could see a very small amount of smoke when I got on it hard. Today, when we went somewhere, right as I cranked it up, it smoked just a little, like one good puff and hasn't smoked anymore.
