OK time for the NOOB question...What exactly does Sea Foam do? And what would the best way to introduce it into the motor? And last what is the down side of doing it?

That depends on where you add it:
When added to crankcase (oil)
Frees sticky lifters & rings
Cleans dirty parts
Removes moisture
Increases RPM's vacuum & compression
Cleans PCV valve systems
When added to gas or diesel fuel tank
Cleans fuel injectors
Cleans carbon as you drive
Lubricates upper cylinders
De-ices and removes moisture
Diesel fuel conditioner & anti gel
Stabilizes fuel
When used in air intake, Vacuum or induction system
Cleans carbon build up
Gives smoother idle
Cures hesitation & pings
Cleans intake valves & pistons
Cleans catalytic converter odors
Restores power & pickup

Fuel tank, crankcase, or air intake. The pictures are from doing the air intake. I used the hose on the brake booster. Just undo it and with the motor running start pouring the bottle into the hose. Then shut off the motor and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Then restart and hope the neighbors don't call the fire dept. lol
Well I am taking my empty cans back for a refund I didnt get a smoke show...Seriously I ran seafoam through mine and whoa what a diff. Mine is beyond high mileage so I was getting worried about performance. SF did what i needed it to do but dang no kewl smoke show. lol
Do you all put the sea foam in the brake line or the PCV line? My husband has only done it through the PCV line at his work. Which is better or easier?

Putting it in the gas tank is easier. Through the brake booster hose is better. When I say better, I mean better performance and more oooomph. Have yet to do it to my truck. 2 years old with nearly 24K miles, not old enough yet.
