I've got a 89 f150 with a 2 inch body lift and clear 33's on a 8 inch wheel fine. i ordered a 2 inch leveling kit and was wandering if i could clear 35's. i think i could but don't know about 35's on a 10 inch wheel. what do you think?
You cannot put 4" of lift total, in the front w/o axle pivot brackets, and either new longer radius arms or radius arm drop brackets, new brake lines, shocks, and a pitman arm. You'd be MUCH MUCH better off buying a 4" suspension lift at around 700 bucks with everything included except the brake lines.

I'm sorry i made a mistake, I thought u had 2" coil spacers and wanted 2" coil springs so forget what i said. You won't need new shocks i believe, some people have said that they have broken their shocks. If they are old, replace them they are cheap. Rancho or skyjacker have some nice shocks. My rancho RS5000s were 35 bucks each. You should be able to clear 35s if it's a 4x4, but it will be pretty tight. Ideally you'd need a 6" lift.

Like i said before, you can't get coil spacers w/ 2" coils. The alignment will be off to much to correct. You'd have to get axle pivot brackets, and then you mind as well get a 4" lift kit for 700 bucks total. If it's a 4x4, and a total of 4" of lift, they will fit but you won't have a lot of room, i'd suggest 6" of total lift.
