I am looking for an article that compared the Ford the Dodge and the GM diesel as well as unleaded 1 ton trucks. The article was done by a magazine, and the testing involved towing a trailer up a steep hill at the Ford test track.
If I remember the Chevy Duramax was the winner and the Dodge was dead last in all events.
I caught a link to this article about 1.5 years ago on our forum. Can someone point me to it? I cant seem to find it.
very interesting article. I my thoughts were that all three are fairly competive now according to the article. So it kinda boils down to durability for the long haul and that is where the SD shines.
I think it's a fair comparison. The Ford's biggest stumbling point, it seems, is its weight. That's okay with me though - I'll take my heavier truck any day. I'm with you on the durability senix.
