I cant vote the way I feel. Dump the jalopy, buy a rice burner, use the money you save on fuel to put into your 73. That 73 will eat you alive in fuel costs.

I voted get rid of the Ranger. I don't know how much work you need on the 73 but $3500 is a good start.

I voted to get rid of the Ranger, and get a new, or how about newer truck, and have some money left over to fix up the 73 so that it could be a daily driver if need be. If not then ya got a dent side to drive on nice days!!

throw a 300 6 into the 73 ,run stock sized tires and should be decent on gas seen a 300 6 in my local paper today for $250 looks brand new and has a fresh rebuild
