Transmission noise

i have an 07 f150 crew. when the transmission is put into gear, it sounds like the fluid level is low - a audible hum - maybe like a pump or something. put it is park and the sound goes away. the transmission fluid level is within the advised level. luckily it is in warranty. any ideas??

bad pump and torque converter. quality control missed that one
