weird, random, and funny problem
hey guys, when i have the cruise control on and i put the right blinker on the cruise control cuts out instantly 
. it happens every time and just occured recently.
this is happening with my '93.

No help to you but...my Wife's Suburban won't let you run the cruise control and the wipers at the same time. Also sometimes if you use the turn signal "too hard" it'll shut off the cruise.
I'm sure it's a wiring short or ground or something in the steering column too, as hairy said.

Yep its a wire problem, the cruise is reading the signal as a brake light and this disengages the cruise system. I would say it is in the turn switch, but check the rear lights w/o the cruise on to make sure the lights are working properly. If you have a bad bulb it can reroute power to the side and appear to be a brake light.

A guy I work with had this problem, and it was a bad bulb in the rear. He figured it out because it didn't do it until he replaced a rear bulb on the road during a fishing trip. After that the cruise kept cutting out, so when he got home, he replaced the same bulb with another and the problem went away.
