How should I
My questions are simple....I think.
I own a 1973 F100 Custom Long Bed. With 133" wheel base
The ride height of my truck seems to be level all around. Give or Take a half inch. What I am looking for is the rake look.
1st. What was the original ride height for my truck? If known.
2nd. Wondering if the rear leaf springs are worn out. Just changed shocks out to RANCHO RS 5000 shocks
3rd. If I wanted to add a 2" lift in the rear. Would I need to adjust where my carrier bearing sits downwards to accomodate for the lift of the rear?
4th. Or should I use drop coils or springs in the front?

If you add the two inch blocks to the rear, you may need to insert a spacer between the frame and the carrier bearing. I doubt you will have to though - 2" isn't much. Keep in mind both methods will alter your caster setting so you may end up with a "wandering" truck (unless you realign).
