Brake and Heater Question

Have a 2002 F350 4x4 PSD. Two questions. I am looking to buy an electric brake controller....what are some good ones?? Second question.... looking to install a frost plug heater like I had on my 1993 F250 (gets cold up here in the winter). My last truck came equipped but my new one not so. I really like it... set it on a timer and kick in 3 to 4 hours before I left for work..cranked over like it was summer time. Has anyone installed their own...how difficult?

your truck should have a heater look good under bumper on left side for cord
