Powerstroke Help
Dear All,
I am fortunate to live less than ten miles from Bill Hewitt, the author of the powerstroke help videos some of you may have seen on Youtube. Check them out on his website here if you haven't already:

My truck was showing classic bad ICP sensor symptoms. Bill's shop replaced that (old one was cracked), diagnosed and replaced a bad injector pressure regulator valve and hooked me up with new batteries. The truck has never run better. It purrs now; I had grown accustomed to a more loping idle and thought that was normal.
Customer service is excellent. I'm aware that one guy with one truck is pissant compared with the fleets of vehicles that move through Bill's shop every week, yet I was treated very well. Nobody left grease on the steering wheel or poked a hole in my seat with a screwdriver left in his pocket.
If you live anywhere near Atlanta and need help with your 6.0 or 7.3, I give Bill my highest recommendation.

Yeah when my warranty is up I will probably use him. But for now I get great service and a great Diesel Tech up at Billy Howell Ford off exit 13 & Hwy 400. Glad to hear of someone who has used Bill's shop.
