Very cool pics Barry, looks like the fishing was good .
Thanks for the pic's
Where is Outer banks ? and what type of fish where you fishing for?
So I will answer here,
The fishing was great, the catching was off a bit. We did catch some, but it was kinda slow.
The Outer Banks are a thin string of Islands off the NC coast. They are part of NC and lay as much as 30 miles off shore. Most of the beaches are under Federal protection and are listed and a National park. For now, beach driving is allowed along a good part of the islands although it is in danger because of a bunch of tree hugging, grass eating, bike riding idiots that think our trucks on the beach are causing Polar bears to die or something. If you ever have a chance to visit, it would be worth you trip.
We fish for what ever bits, but I am always looking for the Red Drum. Here's one I caught in the spring
I was getting too close to Cris anyway. Do not want to be considered feminine with my yacking skills. I really am not much of a yacker, but I do communicate fairly well via the keyboard. But I've proved I can open mouth insert foot with a keyboard with very little trouble.
