Those are Appliance wheels, or at least the center cap is an Appliance center cap. Tons of different companies made that style of wheel, including Ansen, so maybe the center cap got switched.
Thanks for the help guys. I found an Appliance wheels add on the net and the center cap looks the same. That "A" in the casting is the same font so I'm sure they're Appliance wheels. Some other website said the Japan in the id marks indicate Appliance wheels too. I'm getting some nice fat Dunlops put on today, going to pick them up after work.
They also look like early (60's) American wheels... there's actually 4 of them on eBay right now, saw them last night.
