This is a very old thread started in 2010 but, I like what Rod said. If I were to practicalize it to a shade tree mechanics response I would advise some easy and/or cheap steps. One of the commenters suggested cleaning off the MAF with a cleaning solution. That is the most upstream ECU data point and if inaccurate could account for the trims. I would also invest in a new camshaft position sensor and swap it in saving the old one as a spare in the glove box (always a good thing to have handy). You've already swapped the oxygen sensors so the Intake Air and Coolant temp sensors are the only cheap and easy things left before you have to start spending money. When I get a new vehicle I go to my local junk yard and extract out all the sensors and easy spares I can grab and that way I have them available to swap on my driver to see if the diagnostic numbers change and in which direction. Before computerized diagnostics mechanics would often throw parts at the gas, spark or compression questions to see if things got cured or improved. Now we have a specific data points and if we just swap in one part at a time and rerun the test to see if we're on the right track. Jeff
