Any reason not to buy this hitch ?
Seems cheap for a class V hitch.

It seems to be a good deal to me. Some of the online companys buy in such a large quantity that they can offer better deals. A great example of this is the place where I bought my exhaust. I saved over $100 and free shipping, on it because this guy had been selling MBRP for so long that he got special pricing from them.
