Got a Newer Ford - AZ
My family is a Ford family and I am the only one that has ever bought anything but fords. I finally bought a 2008 Ford F-150 Crew Cab 4.6L with 5.5 bed. I am just concerned that it won't pull what I need it to.

The 4.6 is a spunky engine and can haul some, it just depends on how much you plan on pulling. Your truck has more HP and TQ than a gas Superduty from the 90's.
I think you are rated for towing 8,000 lbs with that motor...don't worry, the truck will take alot of abuse. Just don't expect it to be a speedy truck...gotta do a few mods like I have done first
