I guess this is what I get for buying a truck taken apart, but I did.
I was looking at the inside door openings tonight and noticed the spotwelds are huge. Before I get the grinder and bodyfiller out is there a seal that goes on the door opening that will cover that or just on the door?
Is there a better fix than old school fill and sand?
Thanks
I"ve just finished spraying some Epoxy-primer and was noticing the same thing...don't know if I'm to expect wind noise from the spots your speaking of or not, but just to clean things up I planned on filling them.
BTW, How is your curved upper door sill to the A and B pillar? ,
there's another area that needs attention...inside the cab at the dash and in the door opening itself...it's amazing how many imperfections you can see once the paint is on...
Good Luck!
I have repaired the end of the dash area already. The top of the door isn't too bad but I think I will spend a week or so on those creators they called spotwelds.
Thanks Chris, I'm glad I'm not alone.
