leveling kits

Hello everyone

This has probably been covered before, but my question is this. I have a 2005 F150 5.4 supercrew 4x4 and want to raise the front end to level it. My question is if I use the spacers do you have to have the front end alined after installing the spacers.

Any help is greatly appreciated
Kyle
