new to this forum, came over from the dark side (GMC). Looking to put a set off long tubes on. Does anyone know if there were changes from 06 model to 08? Pacesetter lists 04-06 in there application chart.

I will be doing the install myself, have 2 post lift in the garage.

Dynamax are nice but $1300+ is alot.

Truck is 08, Screw, 160" WB, 4x4, 5.4.

i had a set of dynomax on my last truck. 06 silverado ss. absolutely loved them.. beside the supercharger i added they added the noticeable hp increase and exhaust sound... had them on for 2 years and not one leak.. ive heard alot of horror stories about the pacesetters of them leaking..

 

My truck has a set of Dynatech long tubes with their hi-flow catalytic converters and love them. Without the cats its $859. That does not include the intermediate pipes (price depends on whether you get them with or without cats). Quality on these are top notch, 100% stainless steel, very thick flanges, equal length mandrel bent, etc.
