Wheel question

Hello,

I picked up a '53 F100 this weekend and have a question in regards to wheels. I found a good deal on 2 Boyd Coddington Smoothie's 17X10 with 6.5" of backspacing on a Mustang site. The wheels come with 275/50's.

Will this combination fit on the rear of my F100 without modifications?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Matt

Um, what is the rear wheel bolt pattern of your truck, the stock truck is 5 x 5.5 while the mustang and most ford cars are 5 x 4.5.

Some times a deal is not a deal, because if you going to match the front wheels with the rear at some date and how much are they going to cost?

Also, different mustangs have different backspacing, newer wheels for example require a 1.25" spacer or more to be used on a classic.

If it really is that good of a deal you can buy them and if they don't work out sell them at a higher price later.

It can be a headache if you sawp out wheels and chage up bolt patterns...
