It surprises me, Mark, that they seem so close to the houses!!! I would have thought that they would have been much farther away.

Is it safe to assume that the power lines are underground??

The ballon festival is pretty cool down there Mark. We enjoyed that the years we were in Phoenix.

this was put on by Pulte Homes...only 7 balloons..they lifted from the park in the developement.

it was in Florence...about 55 miles from Phoenix...soon to be a suburb!

Do they still do the big one down there? We were there 1987 - 90, and I remember the valley sky full of balloons.

I have never seen the skies full of balloons here...

maybe you are thinking Alburquerque? I know they have a huge show!

I want to go one of these years!
