You don't, it was pretty disgusting. It was on one of those Entertainment crap shows. BTW, Cliff, I told my joke for my 1000th post, but you will have to go to the Nevada Chapter to see it. haha

Yes, this woman has size TRIPLE F's, and wants to go to TRIPLE K's. Her family and doctors have told her not to. She has to go to Mexico to have it done.
