We just replaced my other half's '94 F-150 with an '03 Expedition. She commented on removing the sun visor airbag and rollover warning stickers. I removed the passenger sticker with no problems, but the first sticker on the driver's side left its adhesive on the visor.
Before I damage the fabric-covered visor, I'm seeking suggestions for removing the adhesive.
Try it in a hidden spot first. I have used it on vinyl with fair results but use it sparingly.You can also check your local auto parts house i think 3M makes a product for adheasive removal but i'm not sure it works on fabric.
stick a piece of paper on the adhiesive and blow dry the paper to get adhiesive hot and sticky let cool the try to peel of or get adhiesive cold with ice and pick off.
try goo gone they sell it at most stores, and it's an orange based liquid that made removal on metal very easy for me, i'm unsure of it's effect on cloth. smells like oranges so that's a plus
