99 Expedition Tranny ??
Just recently went on a trip this weekend to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg in the wifes Expedition. Truck did great but while going through the mountains, the truck had problems, while in overdrive going up hill the tranny started banging like it was unsure of what gear to go to. If I accelerated, the tranny kicked down a gear and was fine. Has anyone else had this type of problem?

if i had to do anything, i would probably start simple with a transmission filter change. might as well get the tranny fully flushed while you are draining it and change the filter. will cost a little more but its worth it. i had this done and mine shifts great now. good luck
