Hi guys! I did a search but came up with nothing?? Maybe I didn't use the search correctly.
If any of you could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. I'm looking for Cab Lights. I don't need them to light up. I'm just looking for something I can basically stick to my cab. This is purely for looks. I think of my truck as a mini-Tractor and I love the looks of cab lights.
Can anyone give me a website to look at, names, prices?
I don't want to drill holes or worry about wires. After extensive searching through google and making a few calls, I'm pretty confident nobody makes stick-on lights.
Anybody else know of a product like this?
Edit: I just need some of that spray on mud! LOL! I WOULD love to have working lights though, but like I said, I don't want to drill into my truck or run even MORE wires.. My truck already has too many wires running through it.
you can buy a cheap pair at pepboys for 30. than use some type of epoxy to secure it. but when you use the epoxy your not taking them off. if you do its most likely gunna mess up your paint pretty bad.. but thats if you do remove them

That's what I was thinking of doing. I probably won't; it is tempting though. I love the look!
yah i just put some on yesterday.. i love them. i drilled the holes but im planning on pulling the off and throwin some marine epoxy for somthing in the holes so i dont have to worry bout water seeping in.
73f100shortbed, I got those pictures. The computer is giving me a heck of a time posting them on here, so I'll just put up the links. Since this forum is Apearance and Dress Up, I figure I can get by with posting this here. =) I wanted the tips flush with my side and close together, but the muffler guy didn't know what he was doing. It's good enough for who it's for though, and the tips are growing on me.
And I'm throwing this one in for laughs; it's our emergency vehicle at work. It's all metal, powered by a 32V battery engine, and has mimic SS wheels. Nobody else at work thought this was funny, though?
It looks pretty good actually. Back tip just looks like it is out a little too far is all. It is better that the tips are out a little from the body I think.
you should see them at night.. illl get a pic later.. i love them thats why i asked why you didnt want them to light up.. Bens got a really good idea tho. i deff agree with him.
i did those lights yesterday but still cant figure out how to get them on he main headlight switch..
this is what i did today and now im done for a while (no money) until snow comes and we get new tires.

Thanks man! Funny, the back tip is actually farther in than the other tip. The curved bed just gives it the impression it's hanging out further.
I found this stuff called Grease Gun in a Can. I'm pretty sure it's from Heaven. I just sprayed my whole under frame. It looks better, anyway. Has anyone else used this stuff?
Scheer, I like what you did with your truck. How did you get that light installed underneath your tailgate??? What motor do you have?
the tailgate lights come with some peices of double sided tape. just wash, align. and stick on.. i dont like that tho i wanna put some extra strength on later. but now i gotta find out why the 5 or so lights at the end won't work..
If you want to get a little creative, here's some ideas. Get a roll of 3m double sided molding tape, to hold the lamps down. You can get it off with a lot of work, but it is the same stuff that holds on the rest of the trim. Then if you can place them close enough to the window trim, you can slip the wires down the windshield trim, then come through the door boot, go under the hood or slip around the weather seal to get the wires inside.
