The first recall harnesses were fused on the ground side of the switch that fails.(until Dec. '07)
The new harnesses were first available in June of this year.
I would have to assume if you had it done before June, then you still need the updated harness.

Well yippee skippee my ex is going for new harness next week. But I refuse to hold my breath. I was never notified of this neeeeewwww recall either. So FTE does more than just give me a flat butt (from sitting at desk and checking it out all day on my breaks) or blurry eyes from reading everything.
