ABS sensor on 87 B2

ABS sensor on 87 B2
The rear ABS sensor started to leak in the treads of one of the brake lines due to rust. The sensor is located on the frame rail above drivers rear tire. The fitting is FUBARED. The bad fiting is the one in the sensor that the brake line screws in to. I cannot find a replacement fitting. No junk yards have a sensor either. A new sensor is $150. Can I take that sensor totally out and splice a piece of brake line in its place? The sensor only has one line coming in and one line going out. Thanks.

Yes, just make a length of brake line with two female connectors.
FWIW: It is an ABS -> VALVE <-
I have a used one out of a 1990 Bronco II if you want one, I was going to post it on E-Bay later this month.
