Anybody using a BASSLINK in their trucks?
A buddy bought one at Best Buy one year ago and it died on him today.
Best Buy no longer sells these and he wants an all in one for his 01 EX

he was able to get $300 for the Basslink from Best Buy
He bought a new Alpine dig mono sub amp and he is looking for a small 10-12 sub and enclosure now
any recomendations?
he likes JL Audio or Alpine type R

I am in the market for a low profile 12 as well. I am building my own box for behind the rear seats, but with the low profiles, your friend may have more options on location. One idea to ponder is putting a component system in the kick panels using Q-forms and then mounting the subs in the door.
