If you haven't changed it in the trans you have in the listed 250, then now is a great time.
Some ppl do every 30k, or 60k, just depends on the school you went to.

Clamp the clear hose to the line you took off of the trans. If everything is working correctly that's where the fluid will come from. If fluid comes out of the fitting on the trans there is a restriction in the coolers or cooler lines.
