Trans. Missing

I turned out of the local fuel station today and the trans. kinda "missed" the gear shift form 1st to 2nd. the motor just reved up. i almost instantly took my foot off the gas pedal. The truck has 28,600 miles.
Has anyone else had this ?
prior to filling up at the fuel station i had just driven 130 miles.

Did it only do it once, or is it still missing 2nd?

Is the tow haul light flashing?

It's still under the bumper to bumper warranty, I would get it to a dealer before hitting 36,000 miles to get it checked out under the warranty.
