I recently changed my oil less then 3000 miles ago. truck was running real bad at start up today and it isnt as cold as it has been. I check the oil, just barley on the dip stick!...I know i know, i sound like a real idiot but i havnt had no visable leaks where i always park....and i dont check the oil so much because i change it every 3000....I was just wondering where the oil could be going too. The motor is brand new has about 6000 miles on it...oil cooler and all brand new..Any suggestions would be great...
I know my stock oil pump cant keep up with my 250cc hybrids only holds 2300 oil pressure on my lowest tune...could this be a problem?...
I checked my oil yesterday too, barely on the dipstick. This is after about 90 miles of driving on the new motor. It takes a while for the rings to seat, until then, keep checking it religiously until it stops burning oil, then you can upgrade to a little better oil..
Alright, didnt know if you got her all claybared and waxed lastnight after i left or not.
This problem is when i called you 3 times just now and a text...i was on the side of 75 and it not running..crabb is comming to pick me up at jess' now to take me to get some oil... Should it still be burning oil after 6000 miles?
