Morning All,
I've been a member on here for a while, going through my share of Fords. Now I have a 1995 F800, 56k miles, w/ a cummins 8.3, 6 speed stick, bucket truck, class 8. Anyone know the proper forum? My only gripe is the speed. 50mph at 2k rpm, any faster and the thing sounds like it's gonna blow. I know it's a heavy truck but man, 50 on the highway? Everything is good besides the speed...

You could check out the general diesel forums, maybe the general auto forums, they both are good, and helpfull!
Sounds like it has a pretty low geared rear end in it, does it say on a plate or stamp somewhere what ratio it is?
