plowing snow
Hey guys, I'd like to know if anyone has ever used a f350 dually for plowing snow. If so how well did it work out?
A little more info...this is a 7.5L 460 on gas

It's a 4X2...or 6X4 depending on how you want to look at it. Joking aside, it's a DRWD set up.

With 1000lbs in the back and a healthy LS diff it will do fine, but without both those it will be worse than useless.

i dont know if you have an auto or not but when you need to go back. stop completely and throw it in reverse, vice-versa. doing the "im trying to save my brakes" method is just plain stupid and it'll cost you more to repair the tranny than getting a set of brakes!

We did ti for years at work with 6x2 dually. Did fine other than front end gets pushed around more than the 6x4 counter part.
