'03 PSD Front Lift
I know this sounds crazy but I only need to lift the front end about one inch. Is there any place that makes a shackle to do the job? It all has to do with the truck sitting level and proper height for my fifth wheel trailer.

Yes, it's called a leveling kit, just about all of the lift companies offer them. If your looking for a front shackle kit, try Fabtech.
The good thing about the shackle kit , is you retain the stock ride, instead of add a leaf systems that have a tendancy of makeing the front a little stiff.
