3D Dash Kits?

3D Dash Kits?
OK, time to get rid of the dull grey on grey interior of the F250. The way the dash is laid out, it seems like the darker grey is at a perfect inset to put on a 3D dash if it will cover the entire darker grey portion.

Seems like exactly what I want. But I can't tell if this is a Sherwood or a Onyx. I asked the WoodView by mail but got no response.
So, three questions...
1) Anyone have any experience with these. Do they crack or fall off in the +110F heat of the truck?
2) If you have one installed, do you have any pictures and descriptions of what you bought to get the complete look like the one in this picture?
3) I cannot find a reference to know if the fake wood on the door that came stock with the truck is a standard color that the vendors match or if I should just plan on replacing it also.
I drive this truck to work every day and wouldn't mind having something better to look at than a scratched up grey dash (scratches were there from the factory).

I haven't played with the 3d kits, but I've sold many Sherwoods over the years. Sherwood is easy tell because they label the switches and are the only company I've seen that does. I looked at sherwood's superduty kit many years and they had the pieces for the 4wd switch and power point. I think Husky's did too.
I am going to guess that this is burl wood, this burl wood is lighter than the sherwoods I've seen.
