are you talking about the kit or the system? the kit gives you blocks for the back and the system gives you new rear spring packs. your springs probably arnt worn out to the point where you need new spring packs so i wouldn't bother with the system.

drop down brackets work just fine with the 4 inch lift. spend the 400 bucks someplace else like on wheels or tires. this means you'd only need the class 1 kit.

on the back, don't get the two inch blocks that come with the kit. you either need to substitute 4 inch blocks in (otherwise youd be stacking 2 inch blocks on top of the factory 2 inch blocks which is a safety issue) or get a set of add a leafs instead. or you can do what i did and take your truck to a spring shop and let them add a leaf to the back for you. the good thing about adding blocks is you will maintain a softer, stock ride, but the downside is spring wrap; the blocks place a lot of stress on the springs because they create a lot of torque from the axle. the good thing about add a leafs is you will get a stiffer rear end, the downside is you will get a stiffer rear end! hope this helps, if you have more questions just ask!

It ALL depends on what you're going to be doing with the truck, and your willingness to spend $$$$$$. Please let us know what you plan on doing with the truck so we can further educate you .

A class two lift is the better choice for whatever you chose to do with it..on the street the class two will ride better with the extended radius arms. on the trail it will work a whole lot better with better articulation. Class one lifts are just a bit cheaper and weaker. But if you ask me, i'm not recomending skyjacker anymore. THey have the worst warranty that i can find. I'm now recomending bds or fabtech. BDS has an awesome no questions asked warranty.
